The space
This beautifully appointed two-bedroom apartment offers luxury and comfort reminiscent of a five-star hotel. Along with a designated parking spot, guests can enjoy top-tier amenities including a swimming pool, gymnasium, children's play area, and a business center.
The master bedroom features a spacious king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two separate single beds, ideal for families or groups. The living room includes a sofa cum bed, providing extra sleeping space for additional guests.
Our fully equipped kitchen comes with essential appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, and serving plates for your convenience.
We also provide all necessary amenities, including fresh towels, crisp linens, bottled water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and more to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the pool, gym, restaurants and all the paramount hotel facilities and parking is also available on request.
Other things to note
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

29 Dec, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this flat right in the heart of JBR, Dubai! The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and everything JBR has to offer. The flat felt like a true home away from home: clean, cosy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the large balcony — a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The host was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Dubai!

29 Dec, 2025Comfy, big apartment with good view and location From here it is convenient to go both to the side of the highway and to the shore. The kitchen has all the amenities to cook, there is a nice supermarket right in the yard. Nice beds , comfortable sofa, gorgeous rocking chair on the balcony.

29 Dec, 2025Cozy, clean, comfortable apartment, everything matches the photos. Very convenient location for recreation even with small children, everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants, metro. On one side there is a beautiful view of Dubai Marina, on the other side there is a beautiful view of the Persian Gulf! We are very pleased with our choice! And we are very grateful to the hosts, especially Ashar for his attentiveness and human attitude, namely, after learning that we have a small child who sleeps during the day, Ashar gave us the opportunity to check in a few hours earlier and check out a few hours later than the set time! Without hesitation, we will come back again, see you Ashar!

I would like to thank Mr Suleiman who was very kind and responsive whenever I ask him. Overall it was an amazing stay for me and my family.
