The space
This exquisitely appointed one-bedroom apartment offers the opulence reminiscent of a five-star hotel. In addition to a designated parking spot, it features a swimming pool, gymnasium, children's play area, and a business center.
The master bedroom boasts a spacious 180x200cm bed accompanied by its own ensuite bathroom. Furthermore, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed (160x200cm), accommodating more than two guests if needed.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, serving and oven plates, and more.
We provide all necessary amenities such as fresh towels, crisp linens, bottled water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and additional essentials for your comfort and convenience.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the pool and gym, and parking is on request.
Other things to note
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys
Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

29 Dec, 2025I totally recommend staying at this apartment!! One of the best assets is the location!! Everything is between walking distance … the metro and Dubai mall! It’s in front of the Burj Khalifa! The only thing that I can say which can be improved is that the room must be preserved a little bit better!! The rest is absolutely great! Will be coming back!

29 Dec, 2025A very clean and well maintained apartment, within a five minute walk to the Burj Khalifa, The place has amazing views, Restaurants around it are fabulous, In the second floor there is a bridge that connects to Dubai Mall. It was a beautiful stay featuring high privacy, beautiful place and close to all your needs Great stay and very accommodating hosts. I will return again. Thank you very much.

The apartment is very close to Dubai Mall and Metro, so it's very convenient. Highly recommend.

The neighborhood felt safe and was close to cafés, shops, and public transport. The host was incredibly friendly and quick to answer any questions. Would absolutely stay here again

Communication with [Nerie] was excellent; messages were answered within minutes with clear check‑in instructions and helpful local tips for cafés and transport. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient, and despite being close to everything, the unit was quiet at night. Wi‑Fi was fast, the bed was comfortable, and small touches like bottled water and extra towels made a big difference. Check‑out was simple. Would happily stay again and recommend to friends."

29 Dec, 2025The apartment was very accommodating, clean and had everything needed for the length of our stay. The building was easy to enter/exit and had easy access to the link walkway for the Metro and Mall. The private pool was ideal for a morning swim and to take time to relax around, with no issue about getting a sunbed either! The hosts were very communicative and helpful and we’d definitely recommend the apartment if you’re staying in Dubai!
