The space
This exquisitely appointed one-bedroom apartment offers the opulence reminiscent of a five-star hotel. In addition to a designated parking spot, it features a swimming pool, gymnasium, children's play area, and a business center.
The master bedroom boasts a spacious 160x200cm bed accompanied by its own ensuite bathroom. Furthermore, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed (160x200cm), accommodating more than two guests if needed.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, serving and oven plates, and more.
We provide all necessary amenities such as fresh towels, crisp linens, bottled water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and additional essentials for your comfort and convenience.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the pool and gym, and parking is on request.
Other things to note
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys

29 Dec, 2025Had a great stay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The team was responsive and helpful throughout. Just a small note, while the location is quite close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, itās not exactly walkable, and the tower isnāt visible from the room as we had initially assumed. But overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience!
